Built with Real Sweat & Actual Blood...
It all started with 1 bus in 2002, built by hand with real sweat and actual blood. There were at least 3 occasions I nearly quit before a single passenger came aboard. When you're young, you're nieve enough to believe in the "impossible" but ignorant enough not to know what it takes to get there. I'm thankful I found a way to complete what I satarted.
People Talked and We Grew...
Within the first year in business we added 2 of the world's longest party buses to our fleet. 65' long and each capable of transporting over 100 passengers. We relied exclusively on word of mouth for the first 3 years of business. It was our customers who allowed us to expand our fleet to 8 vehicles; with various shapes, sizes and prices. Today I'm very proud of the fleet we've created and the service we've continued to provide as we've grown.
Our Vehicles Simply Work Better...
We take extra care of our vehicles for very selfish reasons. Whether a bus is 5 days or 50 years old, they all have problems (ask any mechanic). While many companies find themselves repairing vehicles after a problem has occured. We have 2 mechanics specifically focused on Preventative Maintanance. Our customer serivice policy makes sure that we provide an alternate vehicle and financial compensation for any vehicles that experience issues during an event. We've found that it's much cheaper to prevent problems than pay the heavy costs of lost business, financial compensation and tow trucks that other companies spend their money on. We simply have a stronger motivation to ensure our vehicles are running to the best of their ability.
